Located in Brixham, Devon less than a mile from the picturesque harbour, marina and pebble beach with stunning south west coastal walks a short distance away. A great location for exploring all the English Riveria has to offer.  

There are sandy beaches a short drive away or if you prefer a ferry ride you can catch a ferry over to Torquay or Paignton from the harbour.  Dartmouth is only 2 miles away via a 5 minute car journey, and then a ferry ride across the river. Dart.

Rosedale is pet friendly and we welcome your well behaved pooches. During the summer months please check which beaches are dog friendly.

We have an EV charger - but please bring your own lead (this is a chargeable service)

Rosedale has 3 bedrooms which sleeps a maximum of 6 people. Two of the bedrooms are spacious and include king size beds - one has an en-suite shower room. The third bedroom is a twin room with 2 x full  size single beds.

The bathroom is on the ground floor with a separate shower and bath, there is a further downstairs cloakroom and another cloakroom on the floor above. 

The dining room has a farmhouse style table which seats 6 and has a delightful original fireplace. 

The modern kitchen has built in appliances making it simple yet sophisticated; including an integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher induction hob, and Neff hide and slide oven.

Rosedale has a lovely relaxing garden for you to enjoy - whether it be relaxing in the hammock for some quiet time or playing outdoor games with the children there is space for everyone. Including a bbq area (charcoal bbq`s only - not provided)

There are many things to do in and around Rosedale Cottage whether spending quality time as a family is your choice or going on exciting adventures, this is the place for you. 

With many dog friendly cafe`s, bars and restaurants nearby, Rosedale Cottage is in the perfect location. 

Located just a short drive away, you could explore the beautiful Berry Head National Nature Reserve. This stunning headland, with its iconic lighthouse and Napoleonic Fort, is surrounded by water on three sides and offers exceptional views across Torbay and beyond - please keep your dogs on a lead if you are on the headland as you are at the top of the cliffs with sheer drops down to the sea.

Pods of dolphins can usually be seen during the summer months off Berry Head.
