All offers for our holiday rental at Rosedale Cottage are subject to availability and operate on a first come, first served basis.
A 10% deposit is required upon booking your stay - unless your dates are within 30 days of booking, in which case full payment is due immediately.
No dates will be held, until either the deposit or full payment is made, whichever comes first.
We reserve the right to remove any special offers at any time.
Offers are valid for a maximum of 4 people, unless specified otherwise. Additional guests can be accommodated for an extra cost - please message us to request pricing.
Up to 2 pets can stay for free at Rosedale Cottage, with a small charge for any additional pets. The number of pets must be disclosed at the time of booking.
An EV charger is available for an additional cost of £7 per night or for the duration of your stay; for example, a 5-night stay would cost £35.00, payable at the time of booking. Please note that the EV charger must be booked prior to your stay, as it will not be available otherwise.
