Welcome to 2026 – what have we been up to? We have created a brand new en-suite leading off the master bedroom and slightly increased the size of bedroom 3, which now offers two single beds to create a twin room (not bunk beds). We also now offer off-road parking for 2 cars!!

Rosedale Cottage is located in Brixham, Devon, less than a mile from the picturesque harbour, marina and pebble beach with stunning south west coastal walks a short distance away. A great location for exploring all the English Riviera has to offer. There are sandy beaches a short drive away or if you prefer a ferry ride, you can catch a ferry over to Torquay or Paignton from the harbour. Dartmouth is only 2 miles away via a 5 minute car journey, and then a ferry ride across the river Dart.

The Cottage
Put your feet up and relax…
Rosedale is a spacious 3-bedroom cottage which sleeps a maximum of 6 people. All of the bedrooms are on the upper floor — the master bedroom has an en-suite shower room. The third bedroom is a twin with 2 full-size single beds. The main bathroom is on the ground floor with a separate shower and bath. The large dining room has a farmhouse-style table with seating for 6. The modern kitchen has built-in appliances including an integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, and kettle/toaster.

Brand new en-suite leading off the master bedroom. Bedroom 3 now offers two single beds as a twin room. Off-road parking for 2 cars.
The Garden
Rosedale has a very large relaxing garden for you to enjoy — whether it's relaxing in the hammock for some quiet time or playing outdoor games with the children. There is space for everyone, including a BBQ area (charcoal BBQs only — not provided).

There are plenty of things to do in and around Rosedale Cottage. With many dog-friendly cafes, bars, and restaurants nearby, Rosedale Cottage is perfectly situated. Just a short drive away, explore the beautiful Berry Head National Nature Reserve — stunning headland with iconic lighthouse and Napoleonic Fort, surrounded by water on three sides. During summer months, you can often spot pods of dolphins off Berry Head.
