Yes, we welcome dogs (we have 2 ourselves) and understand that dogs like to be with their humans.  We do allow dogs upstairs but would rather they do not go on the beds (unless you bring your own throws/covers)

Yes it is, although we understand that some people would rather book via an agency which is absolutely fine (on average you will pay circa 20% more via an agency).  

We ask for a 10% deposit to hold your dates, however if your booking is within 30 days, we ask for full payment.  

After receiving your booking, we email you an invoice for either the deposit or full payment.

The EV charger is available for an additional cost and has to be pre-booked otherwise it is isolated.  The cost is £10 per night of your stay - you cannot only book this for one night.  e.g if you stay is 3 nights the cost is £30 - if you book for 7 nights it is £70

No, we supply a bath and hand towel per person - so that you have more room in your case!

Dependant upon the age of the child - yes!

However for toddlers/smaller children please bear in mind that the stairs are open plan into the hallway and are open on one side - so children will be able to climb them.  There is a stairgate at the top of the stairs and across the kitchen.

The garden is also raised up from the cottage with steps leading up to the lawned area - there is a risk of a child falling, so supervision is required at all times.

There are no child proof locks on cupboards or sockets
